Hamilton Nursing Home Walks to End Alzheimer's

October 9, 2019
Over the weekend the staff at here Veranda Gardens participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's. We walked for our residents and loved ones who have been affected by this disease.

Veranda Gardens and its parent company, Foundations Health Solutions, strive to be a "Culture of Care" - in every aspect of what we do. Whether physical health and rehabilitation in the walls of our nursing homes or out in our communities nurturing relationships and connections, we aim to cultivate strong and healthy lives.

Foundations Health Solutions, founded by nursing home developer Brian Colleran, is committed to serving our residents, families, and communities with the highest level of care. With 57 skilled nursing facilities throughout Ohio, we are prepared to meet the needs of residents in Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and anywhere in-between with a wide range of services within our centers, including post-hospital stay, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and ventilator services.
